Walking is low impact but helps keep your joints strong and healthy - especially your knees and hips. We use music to keep the pace up and in a 30 minute session usually rack up around 3000 steps, so this is a great low impact, high energy way to burn calories and increase your fitness and mobility.
You may cancel or reschedule a class up until 12 hours before the start time. Anything after that will be a late cancellation. Please note we do not refund late cancellations or no shows for any reason whatsoever.
