T'ai Chi is a standing workout that helps to reduce anxiety and stress, build strength, balance and coordination and generally improve our wellbeing and mindfulness.
You may cancel or reschedule a class up until 1 hour before the start time. Anything after that will be a late cancellation. Please note we do not refund late cancellations or no shows for any reason whatsoever.
