Classes range from Easy Pilates suitable for all ages and abilities to Stretch & Tone which is more robust and aimed at the more experienced Pilates student.  Classes may involve small equipment such as the Pilates soft ball or small hand weights.

A combination of flowing movements, deep breathing and relaxation this ancient oriental discipline is great for helping you improve balance and coordination as well as helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Classes are open to all levels and ages.


Boost Your Step Count

Burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health with a range of low impact cardio classes. Choose high energy workouts like Cardio & Core or Totally Tabata; or opt for Walkie Talkie - lightly choreographed walking fitness. If dance fitness is your thing choose Line Dancing for Beginners - yeeha!

Chair Fit is designed to help you build up your fitness, strength and mobility when you are finding it most difficult to participate in exercise.  Workouts range from gentle seated T'ai Chi to some fairly robust workouts using the chair as a 'gym'
